Maison Principale (comfortably sleeps 14 people) – is a detached house and is the largest property in Coat Aillis. The house has 2 floors with six bedrooms a bathroom, 3 shower and 3 toilets. The first floor has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms each have a double bed, the fourth bedroom on this floor has 4 single beds.

On the 2nd floor there are a further 2 bedrooms: both the bedrooms contain  2 single beds.There is also a shower and toilet to service the 2 bedrooms.

Downstairs you walk into a hall. To the right there is the lounge and dining area which are open plan, there is a large table in the dining area that can sit 14 people. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and several chairs and with three windows which makes it a sunny room.

There is also a day room off the hall which has a TV and DVD and sofas to sit and watch television. This room can be used as an optional 7th bedroom as it has a sofa-bed.

On entering Maison Principale the kitchen is to the left, it’s is well equipped with a 5 burner stainless steel hob with a big oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a large secluded/private garden with BBQ and picnic table with chairs.

The house has central heating with radiators and a wood burner heater in the lounge which adds to the ambiance.

We have just spent a lovely week here. The garden and grounds are great. The kids aged 6, 5, 5 & 18 months loved the garden and play areas.
Pool was great if a bit chilly but it was April! Pauline and Simon so helpful and friendly. The gite itself very comfortable with good beds and facilities. Place had a very relaxed feel.
Would highly recommend.
